Numerous clubs and teams serve as a focus for student activities at our campus by offering membership to students, activities for the student body as a whole, and an opportunity to attend games as spectators. The Charity Club and Guitar Club are two examples of clubs that welcome new members, create activities for the campus community, and take their message off-campus to the larger Bahraini community.

Sports are represented at the campus by our football, basketball, and bowling teams ­ all of which compete with other universities from around Bahrain. Finally, special purpose teams are frequently assembled to represent NYIT at such events as the Model United Nations and the Cherry Tree Trot.
